TLS Healthcare has been established to provide Live-In-Care to the elderly in their homes. To this end, the company is obligated to operate under the auspicies and policies of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) UK who have the right and authority to inspect and issue regulations that must be adhered without fail.

TLS Healthcare is dedicated to providing excellent care to elderly persons some of whom might be living with dementia. All our carers undergo mandatory training in that area in order to understand how to take good care of such elderly people who suffer from such a debilitating disease.

It is TLS Healthcare policy to recruit the best carers and keep a register containing their personal data securely under lock and key as required under the Data Protection Act 2018. It is also the company policy to amicably address all concerns and aspirations of our carers in order to retain a happy workforce that will perform their duties diligently.

All our carers are trained and continue to recieve mandatory training in Health and Safety according to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) UK Guidelines. They are also trained and continue to receive training on infection prevention and control in order to keep the place where they work and live with the elderly free of dirt that can cause bacteria, germs and or any other contaminants.

TLS Healthcare always makes it a priority to have all our carers undergo training in all aspects of care with a strong emphasis on medication management to make sure that they understand the principles of medicine administration by adhering to all Six (6) Rights referred to as the 6R which are:- (1) Right Person, (2) Right Medicine, (3) Right Route, (4) Right Dose, (5) Right Time, (6) Right to Refuse.

TLS Healthcare will always make sure that all our carers are adequately trained in Safeguarding Adults in order to understand how to care for the elderly. They are required to read the Care Plan of the elderly under their care in order to discharge their duties accordingly and also to establish if there are any Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) imposed in order to take appropriate caution.

TLS Healthcare as a company might be a new baby in town but its directors and the management have been in the care industry for a very long time especially on the part of its directors who have been in the field of care since 2003.

The company offers personalised care to the elderly in the comfort of their own homes. The majority of these elderly persons would have developed some impediments with age such as memory or sight loss or any other debilitating issues such as restricted mobility therefore will need personal assistance 24/7.
